Singer-Songwriter, banjo player Özgün Semerci has started his solo career at 2016 with the albüm called “Bulandı Sularım” which is released by Domuz Records. Before his solo career, he’s played in a punk rock band called Second about 15 years. After that, Özgün has focused on clawhammer technique, which is the oldest known style of playing of an African origin instrument, banjo. He is still performing with the album “A Nightmare on Clawhammer Banjo” released in 2018 by the label LU Records.
